14.2 - UK DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

The manufacturer:

hereby states under its own responsibility that the hose reels model
serie: refer to Serial Number (S.N.) shown on the label affixed to the product
year of production: refer to the year of production shown on the label affixed to the product
are in conformity with The Supply of Machinery (Safety)
Besides, the following harmonized rules have been applied:
- BS EN ISO 12100:2010 Safety of machinery - General principles for design - Risk
assessment and risk reduction (ISO 12100:2010);
- BS EN ISO 13857:2019 Safety of machinery - Safety distances to prevent hazard zones
being reached by upper and lower limbs (ISO 13857:2019);
- BS EN ISO 9539:2010+A1:2013 Gas welding equipment. Materials for equipment used
in gas welding, cutting and allied processes;
- BS EN ISO 3821:2019 Gas welding equipment. Rubber hoses for welding, cutting and
allied processes.
