6 - MARKING AND IDENTIFICATION

7 - MOUNTING OF THE HOSE (Models without hose)

The hose reels without hose are supplied with the un-

loaded spring.
Use a hose with dimension and pressure characteristics
suitable for use according to the hose reel model.
7.1) Fix the hose reel to the bench.Put the hose betwe-
en the guide rollers, connect it to the fitting which is
inside the drum and tighten by the suitable wrench.
7.2) Rotate manually the drum in order to rewind com-

pletely the hose.
7.3) Hold the hose-end and rotate the drum in the
opposite direction to pre-load the spring (see table
of technical data). Insert again the hose-end betwe-
en the guide rollers.
7.4) Put the hose stopper at the desired length.

the manufacturer of this
equipment.
On the equipment is
securely attached a tag with
curing adhesive system on
which, in addition to the name
of the manufacturer and the
symbol "CE", all necessary
information for good identifi-
cation of the machine are
indicated (model, duty, year of
construction, weight, etc.).
