4. You may also adjust the total length of the stem allowing
comfortable detector use with a straight arm. Adjust the length that
the lower stem inserts into the middle stem.
5. Wind the cable of the search coil around the aluminium stem, to
allow moderate movement, avoid cable sway. Plug the cable connector
into the lower right of the base of the control box, line up with the slot,
and plug into the female connector (see Fig.5). Note do not pull the
cable to remove, pull the plug.
