Allocation of functions for output C

With this CV you determine to which function the function output C of
your decoder should react. If, for example, bit 1 is set in this CV, output
C will react to function 1 (e.g. on key 1 of LH100). You may also set
several bits. If, for example, bit 1 and 4 are set, the output will react to
both function 1 and function 4.
For Ditch light, this CV determines the function with which the flashing
is switched on.
Function output C flashes when activated
Function output D flashes when activated
Function outputs C and D flash alternately when C and D have
been deactivated beforehand (e.g. with key of LH100) and F2 is
activated additionally. If this bit is set, bits 1 and 2 should be
deleted!
