Allocation of outputs A and B to the functions F4 to F12. The allocation
is carried out in accordance with the following table:

Output B

The number preceding the slash states the CV, the number after the
slash states the bit which is to be set in the CV. For example:
Output A should react to F8: Bit 6 should be set in CV 41.
Output B should react to F12: Bit 4 should be set in CV46.
If a bit is set in these CVs, the other settings for the outputs A and B
(from CV51 onwards) are ignored.

Output A and output B do not react depending on the direction of
motion. A is active if the locomotive drives forwards, B is active
when the locomotive drives backwards.
Outputs A and B are switched independently of each other:
Output A reacts to function 0, output B to function 1.
Function output A is always dimmed when bit 3 is set.
and bit 1=0: dimming with F1 on / off
and bit 1=1: dimming with F4 on / off
Dimming function for output A not possible
