1st beep: Test on this device:
2nd beep: Test of connection to
radio group – no beep
on the other alarms in
the radio group
3rd beep: Test of Connection to
Common Radio Group:
1 x beep on all alarms in
the common radio group
Please note:
This test must be performed
separately for each alarm
connected to the common
radio group. This test should
be performed regularly,
every 3 – 6 months, to check
the connection to the
common radio group.

Example: To forward an alarm with-
in radio range
• Unit issues alarm due to
smoke or temperature
• Radio group or common
radio group
• Forwards directly after 15 seconds by
radio to all other connected alarms
in radio group
• All devices of the radio
group or common radio
group issue alarm
