You can carry out a body fat measurement in this program. To do this, press the Program button until "F1" appears in the
display. You will see the values that can be changed in the "Distance" display and the respective category in the "Pulse" display.
•
F1 stands for the gender, use the Speed +/- button to select 1 for male, 2 for female. Confirm the entry with Mode. The
default setting in the display is 1.
•
F2 stands for the age, with the Speed +/- button you can enter your age. The default setting in the display is 25, you
can enter values from 10-99. Confirm the entry with Mode.
•
F3 stands for the height, you can enter your height using the Speed +/- button. The default setting in the display is 170
cm. You can enter values from 100-200 cm. Confirm the entry with Mode.
•
F4 stands for weight, you can enter your weight using the Speed +/- button. The default setting in the display is 70. You
can enter values from 20-150 kg. Confirm the entry with Mode.
•
F5 appears on the display, the entry is complete. Now hold the two hand pulse sensors for approx. 8 seconds, then
your BMI value will be displayed.
•
As a guide: body fat under 18 is thin, 18 - 23 is normal, 23 - 28 or more is overweight.
Function of the emergency stop safety key
The treadmill stops running when you remove the safety key. If you put the safety key back in, this display is reset. Always wear
the safety key attached to your clothing during training. If you stumble or have any other accident while running, this is to ensure
that the treadmill stops and you cannot be injured.
