FOLDING TREADMILL
Before folding up the treadmill, set the incline to the lowest position. If you do not do this, the treadmill may be permanently
damaged. Then pull out the mains plug.
CAUTION: You must be able to lift approx. 20 kg safely.
7. Hold the treadmill at the rear end with both
hands. CAUTION: To reduce the risk of injury,
bend your legs and keep your back straight.
When lifting the treadmill, make sure that you
lift with your legs and not with your back. Lift the
treadmill until the bracket engages, as shown in
Figure A-1.
8. If you want to bring the treadmill into the training
position, please lift the end of the main frame (end
cap) slightly. Press against the lower part of the
cylinder with your foot to unlock the mechanism.
The running surface will now lower.
MOVING TREADMILL
5. Hold the handrails as shown and place one foot against a
wheel - do not hold the treadmill by the running surface!
6. Tilt the treadmill backwards until it rolls freely on the floor.
Carefully move the treadmill to the desired position.
Never move the treadmill without tilting it backwards. To
reduce the risk of injury, proceed with extreme caution. Do
not attempt to move the treadmill over an uneven surface.
9. Place one foot on a wheel and carefully lower the treadmill
