Computer operation "Manual program"
Manual program
Switch on the treadmill and you will automatically enter manual mode. Make sure that the safety key is attached to the computer
in the designated place. Attach the clip to your training clothing.
You can make three presettings in the manual program:
Countdown time
Countdown distance
Countdown calories
If you select the manual program, 0:00 appears in the display.
To change the settings, press the MODE button.
You can enter a training time of 5 to 99 minutes using the +/- buttons. The default setting is 30:00 minutes. By pressing the
MODE button again, you can enter the distance from 1.0 to 99.0 km using +/-. The default setting is 1.0 km. By pressing the
MODE button again, you can enter the calories from 20-990 calories with +/-. The default setting is 50 calories.
Then press Start. After a countdown of 5-4-3-2-1, the treadmill starts at a speed of 1.0 km/h.
You can change the speed by pressing the Speed +/- button or the speed quick selection buttons.
You can change the tilt by pressing the Incline +/- button or the Tilt quick selection buttons.
If you have made a presetting, the program runs until the first (or only) value reaches "0". The treadmill then slowly runs down.
If you do not want to make any presettings, simply press the Start button without making any further entries. All values such as
time, distance and calories run "upwards".
If you want to interrupt the training, press the start/pause button or STOP button.
Program selection
You have the option of selecting one of 36 program presets. If you have switched on the treadmill as described under 1), you
can select a desired program by pressing the Program button repeatedly. Confirm the selected program with the Mode button.
You can change the desired training time with the Speed +/- button. After entering the time, press Start.
You can change the speed by pressing the Speed +/- button or the speed quick selection buttons.
You can change the tilt by pressing the Incline +/- button or the Tilt quick selection buttons.
Each program is divided into 10 segments, each segment has the same time window. At the end of the training time, the
treadmill slowly coasts to a stop.
If you want to interrupt the training, press the Start/Pause button or Stop button.
User programs U1 - U3
Here you can create a program according to your own ideas. To do this, press
appears. Confirm this with Mode. You can now edit the individual segments using the Speed +/- button. Close each segment by
pressing the Mode button. Once you have finished entering the 10 segments, press Start and you can begin with your
customized running profile. Your entries are saved in the respective profile so that they can be called up at any time.
HRC (pulse program) HR1 - HR3
In this program, you can do pulse-controlled training. To do this, press the Program button until "HR1" appears in the display.
The distance display shows "25" for the age, enter your age using the Speed +/- button. The entry can be made from
13 to 80. Confirm the entry with Mode.
The display for Distance shows the heart rate value determined based on your age. You can change this with the
Speed +/- button. Then press Mode again.
The time display shows "30:00", you can change this value with the Speed +/- button (5-99 minutes).
Press Start and you can begin your running training.
The HR1, HR2 and HR3 heart rate programs differ in the maximum speed of 9 km/h, 11 km/h and 13 km/h, which is set to the
maximum by the automatic control.
We recommend wearing a chest strap for HRC training. If you are not wearing a chest strap, you must use the hand pulse
sensors. In the first step, the computer tries to receive a signal from a chest strap. If it does not receive a signal, the hand pulse
measurement is carried out. If no signal is received, the treadmill remains at the current speed.
The treadmill starts at 3 km/h and 0% incline. The speed and incline are changed step by step.
