Montage der Endstopper Assembly of the end stop
Endstopper dienen als Anschlagpunkte für die Schiebetüren in den
Boden- und Deckenschienen.
Achtung: Alle Stopper müssen vor der Montage der Schienen von
der Stirnseite eingeschoben werden.
1. In der Deckenschiene
Der Stopperwinkel wird von der Stirnseite in die Deckenschiene
geschoben und lose vor der zu stoppenden Tür positioniert. Danach
wird die Tür ausgerichtet und zusammen mit dem Winkel an die End-
position geschoben. Anschließend wird die Tür zurück geschoben und
der Stopperwinkel mit den beiden vormontierten Madenschrauben
befestigt.
2. In der Bodenschiene
Die Stoppschuhe und Positionsfedern müssen vorab in die Laufnuten
eingeschoben werden. Alle Türen in ihre vorgesehene Position schie-
ben und jeweils die Mitte der unteren Laufrollen auf der Bodenschiene
markieren. Den Stoppschuh an die markierte Rollenposition schieben
und die Madenschrauben festziehen. Einen Tropfen des beiliegenden
Spezialklebers neben den Stoppschuh in die Laufnut geben, die halbe
Positionsfeder darüberschieben und ca. 10 Sekunden anpressen.
Die restlichen Positionsfedern wie zuvor beschrieben befestigen.
Achtung: Wenn Positionsfedern direkt vor Stoppern platziert
werden, müssen sie vor dem Einschieben in die Laufnut
halbiert werden.

1. In the ceiling track
The stopper bracket is pushed into the ceiling track from the front
and positioned loosely in front of the door to be stopped. The door is
then aligned and pushed along with the bracket to the nal position.
Finally, the door is pushed back and the stopper bracket is xed with
the two pre-mounted grub screws.
2. In the oor track
The shoe stoppers and position springs must be inserted into the run-
ning grooves beforehand. Slide all doors into their intended position
and mark the centre of each of the lower rollers on the oor track.
Slide the shoe stopper to the marked roller position and tighten the
grub screws. Apply a drop of the enclosed special adhesive next to the
shoe stopper in the running groove, slide the position spring over it
and press down for approximately 10 seconds.
Secure the remaining position springs as described above.
NB: If position springs are placed directly in front of stoppers, they
must be cut in half before being inserted into the running groove.

Vorwandmontage-Pro le Front-wall mounting pro les
Dieses Adapterpro l dient zur Befestigung der Deckenschiene bei der Montage vor einer Wand. Das
Adapterpro l trägt 10 mm auf (Innenkante Deckenschiene bis Wand). Bei der Position der Bodenschiene
ist dies zu berücksichtigen.
Die sich daraus ergebene Lücke zwischen Gri pro l und Wand lässt sich mit einem Aufdoppelungspro l schließen.
1. Mit Hilfe der beigelegten Ausführungszeichnung die Höhe festlegen, auf der dass Adapterpro l
befestigt werden soll. Oberkante Deckenschiene = Oberkante Adapterpro l.
2. Adapterpro l vorbohren, auf die vorher festgelegte Position halten und Bohrlöcher anzeichnen.
3. 6 mm ‡ Bohrungen für mitgeliefertes Befestigungsmaterial setzen und Dübel einschlagen. Die Dübel
dabei nicht durch die vorhandenen Löcher der Deckenschiene schlagen, weil sie dadurch die Festig-
keit verlieren.
Achtung: Adapterpro l muss gerade vor die Wand montiert werden. Gegebenenfalls die Schiene
unterfüttern.
Achtung: Falls Endstopper benötigt werden, müssen diese vor der Montage eingeschoben werden.
Den Klebeschutzstreifen vom Adapterpro l entfernen und die Deckenschiene von unten in das

Adapterpro l stecken. Dann die Deckenschiene gegen die Klebe äche pressen. Die untere
Aufkantung des Adapterpro ls muss die Unterkante der Deckenschiene verdecken.
5. Schraubkanalabdeckung auf benötigte Länge zuschneiden und in die dafür vogesehene Nut in der
Deckenschiene einclipsen.
6. Das Aufdoppelungspro l (Abbildung 7) auf benötigte Länge zuschneiden. Das Maß ergibt sich aus der
Länge von Unterkante Gri pro le bis Unterkante Deckenschiene abzüglich 5 mm, ggf. die Höhe der
Fußleiste berücksichtigen.
7. Klebestreifen entfernen und das Aufdoppelungspro l auf die Hinterkante des Senkrechtpro ls kleben.
Auf das Aufdoppelungspro l die Bürstendichtung kleben.
This adapter pro le is used to x the ceiling track in place in a front-wall mounting position. The adapter
pro le adds 10 mm (inner edge of ceiling track to wall). This must be taken into account when positioning
the oor track.
The resulting gap between the handle pro le and wall can be closed with a doubling pro le.
1. Use the enclosed design drawing to determine the height at which the adapter pro le is to be xed.
Top edge of ceiling track = top edge of adapter pro le.
2. Pre-drill the adapter pro le, hold it at the pre-determined position and mark the drill holes.
3. Drill 6 mm ø holes for the supplied xing material and insert dowels. Do not insert dowels through the
existing holes in the ceiling track, as this will cause them to lose their strength!
The adapter pro le must be mounted directly in front of the wall. Shim the track if necessary.
NB:
NB: If end stoppers are required, these must be inserted prior to mounting.
4 Remove the protective adhesive strip from the adapter pro le and insert the ceiling track into the
adapter pro le from below. Then press the ceiling track against the adhesive surface. The lower
upstand of the adapter pro le must cover the lower edge of the ceiling track.
5. Cut the screw channel cover to the required length and clip it into the designated groove in the ceiling track.
6. Cut the doubling pro le (Figure 7) to the required length. The dimensions refer to the length from the
lower edge of the handle pro les to the lower edge of the ceiling track minus 5 mm, taking the height
of the skirting board into account if necessary.
7. Remove the adhesive strip and stick the doubling pro le onto the rear edge of the vertical pro le.
Stick the brush seal onto the doubling pro le.
