Scarso sminuzzamento del terreno
a) Ridurre la velocità d'avanzamento.
b) Non lavorare in terreno troppo bagnato.
c) Negli erpici dove c'è la barra livellatri-
ce, abbassare od alzare questa in
modo da contenere le zolle vicino ai
coltelli.
Intasamento dei rotori
a) Terreno troppo bagnato per lavorare.
b) Sollevare la barra livellatrice.
c) Ridurre la velocità d'avanzamento.
L'erpice rimbalza sul terreno o vibra
a) Corpi estranei bloccati fra i coltelli.
b) Coltelli montati non correttamente o
con il bordo non tagliente che penetra
per primo nel terreno.
c) Coltelli consumati o rotti.
Altri inconvenienti
L'erpice non lavora alla stessa profondità
su tutta la larghezza. Ad esempio, lavora
troppo profondamente sul lato destro.
Accorciare il braccio destro del sollevatore
e verificare che rullo destro e sinistro
siano regolati su uguali posizioni.
Lavoro in collina
Se possibile procedere «salendo» nel
senso della pendenza. Se non è possibi-
le evitare di lavorare lungo i fianchi della
collina, effettuare i passaggi dall'alto ver-
so il basso per ridurre l'effetto terrazza.
3.13 PARCHEGGIO
AVVERTENZA:
Al fine di assicurare stabilità all'erpice
sganciato dal trattore, seguire le se-
guenti indicazioni:
1- Assicurarsi che l'erpice rotante venga
depositato su di una superficie idonea.
2- Supportare l'albero cardanico con l'ap-
posito sostegno (13 Fig. 1).
ENGLISH
Insufficiently crumbled soil
a) Reduce the advancement speed.
b) Do not work in excessively wet soils.
c) If the harrow has a levelling bar, lower
or raise this in order to keep the clods
near the tines.
Clogged rotors
a) Excessively wet soil.
b) Lift the levelling bar.
c) Lower the advancement speed.
The harrow jumps over the soil or
vibrates
a) Foreign bodies locked between the
tines.
b) Incorrectly mounted tines, or the blunt
edges of the tines penetrating the soil
first.
c) Worn or broken tines.
Other faults
The harrow fails to work at the same
depth along its entire width. For example,
it works too deeply on the right-hand side.
Shorten the right lift link and check that
the right and left rollers are equally
adjusted.
Working on slopes
If possible, proceed by ascending up the
slope. If this is not possible, avoid working
along the sides of the slope. Operate
downwards in order to reduce the terrace
effect.
3.13 PARKING
WARNING:
Comply with the following indications
to ensure stability when the harrow is
detached from the tractor:
1- Check that the rotary harrow is stored
on a suitable surface.
2- Support the cardan shaft on its relative
stand (13 Fig. 1).

Rotoren verstopft
a) Der Boden ist zu feucht zum Bearbeiten.
b) Den Planierbalken heben.
c) Die Fahrgeschwindigkeit senken.
Der Krümler springt hoch oder schwingt
a) Es sitzen Fremdkörper zwischen den
Messern.
b) Die Messer sind nicht richtig montiert
oder die Messerseite ohne Schneide
dringt zuerst in den Boden ein.
c) Messer verschlissen oder beschädigt.
Andere Störungen
Der Krümler arbeitet auf die gesamte Breite
gesehen nicht in der gleichen Tiefe. Er
arbeitet beispielsweise auf der rechten
Seite zu tief.
Den rechten Arm des Krafthebers
verkürzen und sicherstellen, daß die rechte
und die linke Rolle auf die gleiche Position
eingestellt sind.
Arbeiten in Hanglagen
Falls möglich, in der Richtung der Hanglage
«aufwärts» arbeiten. Wenn es nicht
möglich ist, auf den Seiten des Hügels zu
arbeiten, die Übergänge von oben nach
unten ausführen, um den Terrasseneffekt
zu verringern.
3.13 ABSTELLEN
ACHTUNG:
Damit der Krümler standfest steht, wenn
er vom Schlepper abgebaut wird, sind
folgende Hinweise zu beachten:
1- Sicherstellen, daß der Krümler auf
einem geeigneten Gelände abgestellt
wird.
2- Die Gelenkwelle mit der Stütze abstellen
(13 Abb. 1).
FRANÇAIS
Emottage insuffisant du terrain
a) Diminuez la vitesse d'avancement.
b) Ne travaillez pas sur un terrain trempé.
c) Sur les herses avec barre niveleuse,
abaissez-la ou remontez-la de manière
à retenir les mottes près des couteaux.
Colmatage des rotors
a) Terrain trempé qui ne permet pas le
travail.
b) Soulevez la barre niveleuse.
c) Diminuez la vitesse d'avancement.
La herse saute sur le terrain ou vibre
a) Corps étrangers bloqués entre les
couteaux.
b) Couteaux mal montés ou avec le bord
non coupant qui pénètre en premier
dans le terrain.
c) Couteaux usés ou cassés.
Autres inconvénients
La herse ne travaille pas à la même
profondeur sur toute la largeur. Elle
travaille par exemple trop en profondeur
sur le côté droit.
Après avoir raccourci le bras droit du
relevage vérifiez que le rouleau droit et
gauche sont réglés sur les mêmes
positions.
Travail en colline
Si possible avancez «en remontant» la
pente. Dans le cas contraire évitez de
travailler le long des flancs de la colline,
effectuez les passages de haut en bas
pour réduire l'effet terrasse.
3.13 STATIONNEMENT
ATTENTION:
Précautions pour assurer la stabilité
de la herse désattelée du tracteur.
1- Assurez-vous que la herse rotative
soit placée sur une surface appropriée.
2- Mettez le support prévu à cet effet
sous l'arbre à cardans (13 Fig. 1).

La grada rebota sobre el terreno o
vibra
a) Cuerpos extraños bloqueados entre
las cuchillas.
b) Cuchillas montadas en modo no
correcto o con el filo que penetra antes
que el resto en el terreno.
c) Cuchillas gastadas o rotas.
Otros inconvenientes
La grada no trabaja a la misma
profundidad en todo su ancho. Por
ejemplo trabaja demasiado profundo
sobre el lado derecho. Acortar el brazo
derecho del elevador y controlar que el
rodillo derecho e izquierdo estén
regulados en posiciones idénticas.
Trabajo en colinas
Siempre que resulte posible proceder
«subiendo» en el sentido de la pendiente.
Si no es posible evitar de todos modos
trabajar mucho tiempo sobre los lados de
la colina, efectuar pasajes de arriba hacia
abajo para reducir el efecto «terraza».
3.13 APARCAMIENTO
ATENCION:
Para conferir estabilidad a la grada
desenganchada del tractor, seguir las
siguientes indicaciones:
1- Cerciorarse que la grada se deposite
sobre una superficie idónea.
2- Sostener el árbol cardánico con el
relativo soporte (13 Fig. 1).
