3.11 COME SI LAVORA
In funzione dello sminuzzamento e della
profondità di lavoro dell'erpice, si innesta
la P.d.F. e si inizia ad avanzare con il
trattore, abbassando progressivamente
l'erpice. Si percorre un breve tratto e si
controlla poi se la profondità di lavoro, lo
sminuzzamento ed il livellamento del ter-
reno sono quelli desiderati.
Negli erpici provvisti di rullo posteriore, la
profondità di lavoro è determinata dalla
regolazione del rullo stesso mediante
martinetti laterali (meccanici o idraulici).
CAUTELA:
La velocità del trattore con l'erpice in
lavoro non deve superare gli 8 Km/ora
al fine di evitare rotture o danneggia-
menti.
PERICOLO:
In fase di lavoro è possibile che venga-
no sollevati sassi o altri corpi contun-
denti dai coltelli in rotazione.
Controllare quindi, costantemente, che
non vi siano persone, bambini o ani-
mali domestici nel raggio d'azione della
macchina. Anche l'operatore deve fare
attenzione a quanto sopraccitato.
3.12 CONSIGLI UTILI
PER IL TRATTORISTA
Profondità insufficiente
a) Rivedere la regolazione e posizione
rullo di profondità.
b) Avanzare più lentamente, la potenza
del trattore potrebbe essere insuffi-
ciente.
c) Se il terreno è troppo duro sono ne-
cessari ulteriori passaggi.
d) I coltelli strisciano sul terreno invece di
penetrare: avanzare più lentamente.
Eccessivo sminuzzamento del terreno
a) Aumentare la velocità d'avanzamento.

3.11 HOW IT WORKS
Engage the pto according to the desired
degree of soil working and the work depth
of the harrow. Now begin to advance with
the tractor, progressively lowering the
harrow into the soil. Cover a short distance
and then check whether the desired effect
is obtained.
The work depth for harrows with rear
rollers is established by adjusting the
roller by means of the central or side
jacks (mechanical or hydraulic).
CAUTION:
In order to prevent breakages or
damage, the speed of the tractor must
never exceed 8 Km/hour when the
implement is working.
DANGER:
Stones or other sharp objects may be
thrown up by the turning tines during
the soil working phase.
Always constantly check that there
are no persons, children or domestic
animals in the field of action of the
machine. The operator must also pay
attention to the above.
3.12 TROUBLESHOOTING
HINTS FOR THE
TRACTOR
OPERATOR/DRIVER
Insufficient depth
a) Check the adjustment and position of
the roller.
b) Advance more slowly. The tractor
power may be insufficient.
c) Further runs will be required if the soil
is too hard.
d) The tines rub along the soil instead of
penetrating it. Advance more slowly.
Excessively crumbled soil
a) Increase the advancement speed.

3.11 WIE MAN ARBEITET
Je nach dem Zerkleinerungsgrad und der
Arbeitstiefe des Krümlers schaltet man die
Zapfwelle ein und beginnt mit dem
Schlepper vorwärtszufahren, um den
Krümler dann allmählich einzusenken. Man
fährt eine kurze Strecke ab und prüft dann
die Arbeitstiefe, den Zerkleinerungsgrad
und die Planierung des Bodens.
Bei den Krümlern mit Heckwalze wird die
Arbeitstiefe durch die Einstellung der Walze
selbst festgelegt, was über eine zentrale
oder zwei seitliche Reguliereinrichtungen
geschieht (mechanisch oder hydraulisch).
VORSICHT:
Die
Fahrgeschwindigkeit
des
Schleppers mit arbeitendem Gerät darf
nicht über 8 km/h liegen, um Schäden
und Bruch zu vermeiden.
GEFAHR:
Es ist möglich, daß während der Arbeit
Steine oder anderen Fremdkörper
durch die Rotation der Messer hochge-
schleudert werden.
Daher ist ständig sicherzustellen, daß
sich weder Erwachsene noch Kinder
oder Haustiere in der Reichweite der
Maschine aufhalten. Auch der
Schlepperfahrer muß sich dieser Gefahr
bewußt sein.
3.12 NÜTZLICHE
HINWEISE FÜR DEN
SCHLEPPERFAHRER
Unzureichende Arbeitstiefe
a) Die Einstellung und Position der Walze
prüfen.
b) Langsamer fahren, weil die Leistung
des Schleppers unzureichend sein
könnte.
c) Wenn der Boden zu hart ist, kann es
erforderlich sein, ihn mehrmals zu
bearbeiten.
d) Die Messer streichen über den Boden
anstatt einzudringen: langsamer
fahren.
Der Boden wird zu stark zerkleinert
a) Die Fahrgeschwindigkeit ist zu klein.
Schneller fahren.

3.11 FONCTIONNEMENT
Suivant le hersage et la profondeur de
travail souhaités, embrayez la P.d.F. et
avancez avec le tracteur en abaissant
graduellement la herse. Après un bref
trajet vérifiez si l'émottage, la profondeur
de travail et le nivellement du terrain sont
satisfaisants.
Sur les herses à rouleau arrière, la
profondeur de travail est déterminée par
le réglage du rouleau obtenu par
l'intermédiaire du vérin central ou des
vérins latéraux (mécaniques ou
hydrauliques).
IMPORTANT:
La vitesse du tracteur pendant que
l'outil travaille la terre ne doit pas
dépasser 8 km/h pour éviter toute sor-
te de dégâts ou de ruptures.
DANGER:
Pendant le travail la herse peut projeter
des cailloux ou d'autres corps
contondants par effet de la rotation
des couteaux. Contrôlez donc souvent
que personne ne se trouve dans le
rayon d'action de la machine.
L'opérateur également doit faire
attention.
3.12 CONSEILS UTILES
POUR LE CONDUCTEUR
DU TRACTEUR
Profondeur insuffisante
a) Corrigez le réglage et la position du
rouleau de profondeur.
b) Avancez plus lentement, la puissance
du tracteur pourrait être insuffisante.
c) Si le terrain est trop dur effectuez
plusieurs passages.
d) Les couteaux frottent sur le terrain au
lieu d'y pénétrer: avancez plus
lentement.
Emottage excessif du terrain
a) Augmentez la vitesse d'avancement.

3.11 COMO TRABAJAR
En función del desmenuzamiento y la
profundidad de trabajo de la grada, se
acopla la T.d.F. y avanzamos con el
tractor, bajando progresivamente la
grada. Recorremos un breve trayecto y
luego controlamos si la profundidad de
trabajo, el desmenuzamiento y el nivelado
del terreno son los considerados.
En las gradas con rodillo posterior la
profundidad de trabajo está determinada
por la regulación del rodillo mismo me-
diante gato central o gatos laterales
(mecánicos o hidráulicos).
CAUTELA:
Las velocidades del tractor con el
equipo trabajando no deben superar
los 8 km/hora para evitar roturas o
daños.
PELIGRO:
En fase de trabajo existe el peligro que
la rotación de las cuchillas lance
piedras u otros objetos contundentes.
Controlar por lo tanto continuamente
que no estén presentes en el radio de
acción de la máquina personas ni niños
ni animales domésticos. También el
operador debe tener en cuenta dicho
peligro.
3.12 CONSEJOS UTILES
PARA EL TRACTORISTA
Profundidad insuficiente
a) Volver a controlar la regulación y la
posición del rodillo de profundidad.
b) Avanzar más lentamente: la potencia
del tractor podría resultar insuficiente.
c) Si el terreno es demasiado duro se
hacen necesarios ulteriores pasajes.
d) Las cuchillas se arrastran sobre el
terreno en vez de penetrar en él: avan-
zar más lentamente.
Desmenuzamiento excesivo del terreno
a) Aumentar la velocidad de avance.
