WARNING
Warning against bruising
Keep body parts away from lifted
loads and movable parts.
Never put body parts, such as hands, feet,
arms, head etc. under the load.
Limbs may be crushed when lowering the load.
If the device is blocked the operator must lift the load with
another jack until the blocked lifter is released and can be moved.
Emergency procedure: Conduct a first-aid procedure
adequate to the injury and summon qualified medical
attendance as quickly as possible. Protect the injured
person from further harm and calm them down.
Storage and transport
Use appropriate lifting equipment for transportation.
The appliance must be stored in a dry
place and protected from frost.
Lock the device in a proper place to protect
it from unauthorised use.
Maintenance
Ensure that the warning signs are always in good working order.
Accident prevention regulation (APR): Have an expert
check the equipment at least once a year.
Have your device repaired only by qualified professional
staff using original spare parts. This will ensure that
the safety of the power tool is maintained.
Insufficient maintenance and care can lead to
unforeseen accidents and injuries.
Keep the apparatus handle clean, dry and free of spilt oil or grease.
Never clean the machine and its components with solvents,
flammable or toxic liquids. Us only a damp cloth making.
If needed, an exploded view of the tool can be ordered.
Please state the ten-digit No. as well as the machine type
printed on the label and order the drawing at HTS.
Disposal
Any damaged or disposed devices must be
delivered to appropriate collection centres.
Never dispose of oils, fuel or other polluting
materials in unauthorised places. Make sure
the oil products do not enter the soil.
Guarantee
Warranty period of 12 months applies to commercial use
and commences on the day of purchase of the device.
The guarantee does not cover any unauthorised use such as
appliance overloading, use of violence, damage as a result

Tighten the threaded insert for pump tappet
Push in the valve seat again. Screw the valve
screws very tightly (use pliers if required)
Remove, Clean
Vent all lines of the lifter by repeated rapid blowback
and blowout of the lifter and vent the nipples as well
Remove, Renew
