Specified Conditions Of Use
The hydraulic "ECO-Jack" toe jack is only intended
for the vertical lifting of heavy loads on smooth,
clean and weight-bearing subsurfaces.
Respecting technical data and safety precautions.
The bearing load of the substructure must correspond
to the bearing load that is taken on by the jack and
distributed on the surface area. Overloading can result
in damage to the subsurface and tipping of the load.
To bear the weight of the load, a surface area with
structural engineering making it suitable for this
purpose must be present under the load.
The position of the point of gravity must be situated in the
lower half of the load to be lifted. The resulting load on the
hydraulic toe jac must not exceed the maximum bearing load
of the machine lifter on the lifting lugs or the end plate.
Lifting and lowering must be performed at low and
controlled speeds. Excessive speeds pose a safety
hazard and can lead to damage to the device.
Do not use this product in any other way as stated for normal use.
Not observing general regulations in force and instructions from
this manual does not make the manufacturer liable for damages.
Do not modify the device.
Flüssigkeit-Tanks, lebensmittel-/nahrungsmittelverarbeitenden
Maschinen sowie nicht in EX-geschütztem, leicht entzündlichen
oder korrosiven Umfeld verwendet werden.
Temperature range -20 – +40 °C (EJ...XR: -5 – +40 °C)
Do not machine any materials that present
a danger to health (e.g. asbestos).
