Statement of Use

any way.

• The product must only be installed, operated and serviced
by qualified personnel in an industrial environment.
Intended Use
This product is designed for installing and removing threaded
fasteners in wood, metal or plastic. Indoor use only.
No other use permitted.
Product Specific Instructions
General Installation Safety
• Make sure that the power socket is properly fastened. Re-
place the retaining or locking pin when necessary.
• When using a suspension yoke, make sure it is in good
condition and correctly fastened.
• The tool may only be used together with the associated
torque reaction bar, which is adapted to the screw joint
application concerned.
Installation of Vibrating Tools
We recommend using a minimum length of 300 mm (12") of
flexible hose for compressed air between a vibrating tool and
the quick-action coupling.
Hold-And-Drive system precaution
CAUTION Standard HAD tool angle heads and screw
tips are usually not designed to accommodate the re-
action torque generated during the tightening opera-
tion. If the tool is not held and restrained correctly or
a reaction bar is not used and operated correctly, it
may result in operator injury.
HAD angle head tools require reaction torque to be

managed either by operator holding and restraining
the tool correctly or for higher torque operations by
using a reaction bar.
General Operation Safety
• Due to entanglement risk, do not wear gloves.
• Be aware of the reaction force.
