On the Disk Unit

Unplug the unit when not using it for long period of time.
Damage Prevention
@ Do not subject the disk unit to shock or vibration
Dropping'the unit or subjecting it strong impact may damage disk unit.
@ Use the disk unit in the horizontal position
The RMO-S550 is designed to be used in the horizontal position.
Do not place it on its side or position it at an angle.
m@ Location Requirements
Careful consideration should be given to the following in selecting a site to
install or store your disk unit.
Avoid the following conditions.
* High humidity
* High temperatures
¢ Direct sunlight
* Dust .
¢ Strong vibration
¢ Wide temperature fluctuations
