When the treadmill needs to move the position, hold the treadmill 2 sides to lift the treadmill,then
hold the treadmill at a 45° angle to move back or forth.

Lift up the running platform until you hear the „clicking" sound, (when the mechanism clicks into place
the lower part of the treadmill is secured)
Drücken Sie vorsichtig mit dem Fuß auf den im Diagramm gezeigten Bereich (wo der Pfeil zeigt).
Dadurch wird die Arretierung gelöst und Sie können die Maschine langsam in Pfeilrichtung nach unten
ziehen. Dann fällt die Maschine sanft in die richtige Position.
Grounding Instructions
This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of
least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a
cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into
an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and
ordinances.
