CONSTRUCTION AND PURPOSE
The compressor blower is a compact, portable unit powered by a
battery or car lighter, so it can be used anywhere. It is powered by a DC
motor that drives the compressor and the blower/pump. The unit is
equipped with an illuminated digital pressure gauge, illumination
(being 3 LEDs), and automatic shut-off when the target pressure is
reached.
The compressor is designed for inflating items such as car tyres, bicycle
tyres, lawnmower tyres, sports equipment, inflatable mattresses, beach
toys and other inflatable items. The compressor is not designed for
inflating large volume items such as rubber dinghies and large inflatable

mattresses. Additional functionality includes the ability to quickly
deflate the above equipment.
Do not use the air tank inflator as breathing equipment or for spraying
chemicals.
OPERATION OF THE DEVICE
Controls/settings
Before starting the unit for the first time, check it for visible damage after
removing it from the packaging. Before installing the battery or connecting
it to the cigarette lighter socket, check that the main switch is in position
"0" fig. D1. Slide the battery into the socket fig. C2 until you hear a distinct
"click", indicating that the battery is correctly installed.
Figure D shows the compressor control panel:
• Switch in position "0" - device switched off
• Switch in position "I" - compressor switch on
• Switch in position "II" - blower activation
Use the Fig. D4 button to start the compressor and change the pressure

Use the "
" and "
" buttons on the right and left to change the compressor
operating pressure setpoint.
Figs. D5; D6; D7 show the same operating pressure reference value in
different units. The display shows the parameters and allows only the
compressor using the high-pressure hose to be controlled.
Button fig. D8; D9 switches the work lamp on or off fig. A9; fig. C4.
The tool is equipped with a high-pressure hose fig. B6. and a low-pressure
hose fig. A7. The high-pressure hose is used for pumping high-pressure
items such as tyres and sports balls.
pumping or deflating low pressure, high volume items such as rafts,
mattresses and beach balls.
The high-pressure hose fig. B6 is permanently fitted. The low-pressure
hose needs to be connected, once it has been fitted make sure it is on in
the right place and firmly secured.
To install the low pressure hose fig. A7 on the air outlet, align the groove
on the hose with the projections on the air outlet and insert the hose into
the air outlet fig. B7, and turn it counterclockwise until it is firmly attached.
To disconnect the low-pressure hose, follow the installation procedure in
reverse order.
The low-pressure hose can be stored on the supports on either side of the
transport handle, as shown in Fig. A. When storing the low-pressure hose,
the working end should be attached to the hose so that it does not interfere
with transport or get lost.
The space in the compressor housing shown in Fig. B is used to store the
high-pressure hose Fig. B6.
Pumping with a low-pressure hose
The low-pressure hose is used to inflate items such as air mattresses,
swimming pools and beach ball floats.
• Insert the battery into the compressor or the cigarette lighter plug of
the 12VDC cigarette lighter power source.
• Attach the low pressure hose fig. A7 to the air outlet fig. B7.
• Use a suitable adapter to connect the hose to the object to be
inflated.
• Press the Fig. D4 switch on the LCD display, set the main switch to
position "II" to start pumping.
• When the desired pressure is reached, set the main switch to "O".
• Switch off the display by pressing and holding the Fig. D4 LCD
button for approximately three seconds until the display switches off.
• Remove the battery from the tool or disconnect the cigarette lighter
plug from the socket.
The low-pressure hose, when attached to the air inlet, can be used to
remove air from inflated objects.
• Insert the battery into the tool or the cigarette lighter plug into a
12VDC car lighter power source.
• Attach the low-pressure hose to the air inlet Fig. C5
• Attach the other end of the low-pressure hose to the component to
be drained.
• Press the Fig. D4 button to switch on the LCD display.
• Set the main switch to "II" to start draining air.
• When the item is emptied, set the main switch to "O".
