PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT READ THE INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD
NOT CARRY OUT ASSEMBLY, ADJUSTMENT OR OPERATION OF
THE EQUIPMENT.
SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES
WARNING: Safety regulations must be observed when using the
compressor. For your own safety and the safety of bystanders, you are
asked to read this manual before operating the compressor. You are
asked to keep the manual for later use.
• This equipment may be used by children of at least 8 years of age
and by people with reduced physical or mental capabilities or lack of
familiarity with the equipment if supervision or instruction is provided
on how to use the equipment safely so that the associated risks are
understood. Children should not play with the equipment.
Unsupervised children should not carry out cleaning or maintenance
of the equipment.
• The operator or user is responsible for accidents or hazards that
occur to other persons or the environment.

PREPARATION
• Always wear personal protective equipment such as safety goggles,
ear protection and protective gloves when working.
• Before each start-up of the compressor, all its components and other
accessible parts should be carefully checked to ensure that they are
not damaged and can perform their function properly. All non-
moving parts should be properly fastened to ensure that the unit will
operate properly.
USE
• Do not modify the device in any way.
• Do not use the compressor to pump air into the mouth, ears, nose,
etc.
• Do not direct the airflow towards people, animals or yourself.
• Do not overload the compressor. Operate the compressor within its
parameters. This will ensure a better, safer and more efficient job.
• If the compressor is found to be damaged, it must be taken out of
service immediately and sent back to the manufacturer or an
authorised repair service.
• Keep the compressor out of the reach of children and third parties.
• The work area should be kept clean. It should be tidy and well lit. A
disorderly workplace promotes injuries.
• Do not operate in explosive environments or in the presence of
flammable liquids, gases or dust. The compressor produces sparks
that can ignite dust or vapours.
• Do not operate the compressor in a wet or damp environment. The
compressor is intended for use in dry, indoor locations only.

The compressor plug must fit into the cigarette lighter socket. Never
modify the plug in any way. Unmodified plugs and matching sockets
will reduce the risk of electric shock.

Never use the cable to carry, pull or disconnect the power tool.
Keep the cable away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts.
Damaged or tangled wires increase the risk of electric shock.
• When you have finished working, switch off the compressor, remove
the battery and store it in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
• Improper use of the compressor may cause personal injury or
damage to the equipment.
• Always use common sense. Do not operate the compressor when
you are tired or under the influence of alcohol or medication.
CONSERVATION
• Do not allow oil contamination, contact with sharp edges.
• Inspect the compressor for signs of wear and tear. Before each time
you start the compressor, carefully check all its components and
other accessible parts to ensure that they are not damaged and can
perform their function properly. All non-moving parts should be
properly fastened to ensure that the unit will operate properly.
• Use only original parts and accessories that are recommended by
the manufacturer. If other parts are used, there is a high risk of an
accident.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
