BEFORE USE

Make sure before use that the grinding/cutting
disc, power cable and the rest of the tool is
undamaged. The guard must be mounted in such
a way that it prevents particles from reaching the
user. Never cover the ventilation holes when the
tool is in use. This can damage the motor and
reduce the functionality of the tool.
GRINDING
NOTE:
Do not switch on or off the power switch
when the product is in contact with the
workpiece. This reduces the life span of
the power switch and can damage the
workpiece.
1.
Tilt the product at an angle of 10° to 15°
for easy handling and smooth grinding.
2.
Place the disc against the workpiece with
a light and firm pressure for maximum
grinding. It is never necessary to use the
angle grinder with extreme force. The
weight of the angle grinder provides
sufficient pressure.
Too much pressure will eventually
overload the motor, slow down
grinding, dangerously overtension
the disc and break it.
3.
Move the angle grinder smoothly back
and forth over the workpiece.

MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Always make sure that the tool is switched off
and unplugged from the mains before doing
any checks or maintenance.
The body and motor holder are essential
parts of the power tool. Carefully check
that they are not damaged or exposed to
oil or water.
Check at regular intervals all fasteners and
screws, and make sure that they are
properly tightened. Tighten any loose
screws immediately. Failure to do this can
result in serious injury.
You should allow an authorised service
centre to clean and lubricate this tool at
least once a year.
Make sure that the tool is clean and free
from dust after use.
