WARNING!
The actual vibration and noise level when
using tools may differ from the specified
maximum value, depending on how the
tool is used and the material. It is therefore
necessary to determine which safety
precautions are required to protect the user,
based on an estimate of exposure in actual
operating conditions (taking into account all
stages of the work cycle, e.g. the time when
the tool is switched off and when it is idling,
in addition to the start-up time).

ASSEMBLY
IMPORTANT:
Switch off and unplug the tool from the
mains before working on the tool.
GUARD
Fit the guard (3) as shown in the diagrams.
Adjust the clamping force of the locking arm
by tightening the hex screw out or in when the
locking arm is unloaded.

HANDLE
The extra handle (4) is mounted on the left
or right side, or alternatively on the top of the
tool. Choose the position that provides the
most comfortable and safest handling.
GRINDING/CUTTING DISC
1. Place the inner flange disc (1) over the
spindle with the locking edges (A) facing
down, and make sure that the edges of
the disc and spindle (8) lock with each
other. The flange disc must not rotate
freely, but must follow the rotation of the
spindle.

2. Put the grinding or cutting disc on the
inner flange disc and align the hole to the
shoulder.
3. Now fit the outer flange disc (2) and
tighten with the spanner (5). Press and
hold in the button for the spindle lock
(7) to prevent the spindle from rotating
during the tightening.

4. After fitting or replacing the disc the angle
grinder should be test-run at low speed for
a few minutes, without applying the disc
against an object. If the disc is damaged it
must be replaced immediately.
USE
APPLICATIONS
This angle grinder can be used to grind steel,
stone and ceramic objects. Never attempt to
grind wood or soft metals such as lead. Such
materials will quickly "clog" the grinding disc
and make it unusable.
