9.2 Food Sensor
Food sensor measures temperature inside
the food. When the food is at the set
temperature, the oven turns off.
There are two temperatures to be set:
• the oven temperature (minimum 120 °C),
• the food core temperature.
CAUTION!
Use only the food sensor supplied and
the original replacement parts.
For the best cooking results:
• Ingredients should be at room
temperature.
• Food sensor cannot be used for liquid
dishes.
• During cooking the food sensor must
remain in the dish and the plug in the
socket.
• Use recommended food core temperature
settings. Refer to "Hints and tips" chapter.
The oven calculates an approximate end
of cooking time. It depends on the
quantity of food, the set heating function
and temperature.
Food categories: meat, poultry and
fish
