CAUSE
Inlet pipes or machine are leaking
No lubrication
Supply Voltage too low (< 200 Vac)
Inefficient exhaust filters
High temperature due to polluted oil
High operating temperature due to high
ambient temperature
Blocked exhaust filters
Supply Voltage out of the range

REMEDY
Identify leaking point and
seal it
Check oil level and oil
conditions. Fill with oil to the
right oil level or change the
oil
Connect the pump to a
mains with the correct
voltage and use a cable with
the appropriate size (see
Operating limits table)
Replace exhaust filters
Oil change
Decrease room temperature
by allowing a better air
exchange
Replace exhaust filters
