To start the product Aspire S20-P4A +
Aspire Pole-P4A
1. Push the lock button for the power trigger lockout
forward. (Fig. 34)
2. Push the power trigger lockout (A) from the left or
the right side, and hold the power trigger (B). (Fig.
63)
To stop the product Aspire S20-P4A
1. Release the power trigger.
2. Push the on/off button on the user interface. The
LED lights go off.
3. Push the battery release button and pull out the
battery. (Fig. 64)
To stop the product Aspire S20-P4A +
Aspire Pole-P4A
1. Release the power trigger.
2. Push the lock button for the power trigger lockout
rearward to lock the product.

Maintenance
Clean the external parts of the product.
Make sure that the ON/OFF button operates correctly and is not damaged.
Make sure that the power trigger and the power trigger lockout operate correctly
from a safety point of view.
Make sure that all controls operate correctly.
Make sure that the cutter blade and transport guard have no cracks and that
they are not damaged. Replace the cutter blade or the transport guard if they
have cracks or if they have been exposed to impact.
Replace the cutter blade if it is bent or damaged.
Examine the wheels. Replace the wheels if they are damaged.
Make sure that the screws and nuts are tight.
Make sure that the battery is not damaged.

3. Push the battery release button and pull out the

4. If it is necessary, remove the telescopic shaft from
the product.
To adjust the angle of the product
The product can be adjusted in 7 different positions.
WARNING:

1. Stop the product and remove the battery.
2. Hold the shrub shear holder (A) tightly. (Fig. 66)
3. Push and hold the rotation joint (B).
4. Set the shrub shear holder to the correct position.
5. Release the rotation joint to lock the shrub shear
holder.
6. Move the shrub shear holder up and down until it
locks into position.
