GENERAL WARNINGS
- The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge
concerning use of the appliance;
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Children must not play with the appliance.
- OPERATING RANGE OF THE APPLIANCE use the appliance in compliance with
the following use cycle (30s ON / 6 min. OFF mod.M80/Q13/T48) - (20s ON / 6
min. OFF mod. Q50);
- Be careful for a few moments after stopping because the millstones could still be
moving.
- The hopper must be attached to the grinding system of the appliance via the
appropriate screw, which must be inserted into the threaded hole in the top holder and
in the hole in the hopper collar (also during the cleaning operation).
- Do not tamper with the equipment in any way.
- Any tampering and non-compliant connections shall void the manufacturer's warranty.
- These appliances are intended to be used for commercial applications, e.g. in
restaurant kitchens, canteens, hospitals and commercial companies such as bakeries,
butcher shops, etc., but not for food mass production;
- Installation must be carried out by skilled technicians qualified for this task, in
compliance with the regulations in force in the country where the appliance is to be
used. As a result of improper installation, people or animals may be harmed and
property damaged, and the manufacturer shall not be held liable for this. Check the
electrical power supply voltage and frequency for matching with the values specified
on each appliance label. Check the electrical capacity of the power distribution system
for proper dimensioning with respect to the maximum output and/or power absorbed
by the appliance. Earthing connection is mandatory. Therefore check that the earthing
system complies with current safety standards. Before plugging in the appliance or
switching on the main switch upstream, make sure the appliance switch is set to "0";
- Perform any maintenance or cleaning operation only after unplugging the appliance
and waiting for it to cool down;
- Make sure the appliances are installed far from sinks and jets of water;
- Do not use water jets or steam machines directly on the appliance;
- If the power supply cable is damaged, have it replaced by the manufacturer, its agent
or a qualified person in order to avoid any hazard;
- Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children.
Carefully read and follow the warnings and instructions. Always unplug from the mains
socket before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning on the
appliances. The SINGLE-PHASE models are supplied already equipped with a plug cable
for connection to the socket.
