Failure Description
The device no longer
works.
Low performance in
sanitary production.
The compressor is not
working.
The
Compressor
noisy.
The fan does not work
The device does not
produce heat while the
compressor is working
The discharge pressure
is too high.
The suction pressure is
too low.
1) Water flows from the drain port of the safety valve:
When producing hot water, the cold water contained in the device is heated and
expands, so that water flows from the drain port of the safety valve, which is normal.
However, if the water flows continuously, it means that the safety valve loses its
Non-Unit
effectiveness. You must stop using the device and replace the safety valve as soon as
Fail
possible.
2) The heating time of the water of an entire tank becomes longer:
When the temperature is low enough in winter (e.g. 0℃), the performance of the
heat pump to produce hot water will not be as good as usual, so the water heating time of
an entire tank becomes longer.
ATTENTION
If the device remains defective despite all these checks, you must contact your installer or technical
station as soon as possible.
Table 2 Common Failures
Reason
1. Power failure.
2. Cut cord.
3. Cut fuse.
1. Insufficient gas load.
2. Poor pipe insulation.
3. The Air Filter is clogged
4. Poor heat exchange
1. The power supply to the
Compressor remains interrupted.
2.
The
compressor
contactor is defective.
3. Poor electrical connections.
4.
Compressor
protection tripped.
There are defective internal
is
components
2. Insufficient oil level.
1. The condenser is out of order.
2. The motor is out of order.
1. More Refrigerant (Leak).
2. The compressor is out of order.
1. Too much refrigerant.
2. Non-condensable product in
the refrigerating installation.
1. The filter is clogged.
2. Refrigerant load too low.
1. Turn off the power and search for the
fault.
2. Determine the fault and solve it.
3. Replacing the Fuse
Check if the Refrigerant load is sufficient.
Reinforce this insulation.
3. Replace the air filter.
4. Clean the exchanger.
1. Find the reason and solve it.
2. Replace the contactor.
control
3. Find the defective connection and
redo it.
4. Identify the reason for triggering this
overheat
security.
1. Replace the compressor.
2. Top up the oil.
1. Replace the condenser.
2. Replace the motor.
1. Check and repair the leak.
2. Replace the compressor.
1. Check the Refrigerant Gas load.
2. Dispose of non-condensable material.
1. Replace the filter.
2. Check the refrigerant fluid load.
