Part 5: Repair and maintenance.
When using the thermodynamic water heater, it is necessary to regularly check the operating
condition of the device. If it is possible to ensure effective long-term maintenance, the reliability of the
operation of the device and its life will be improved.
1. Clean the water filter regularly and ensure that it is clean in order to avoid clogging it.
2. All the protective and safety devices have been adjusted from the factory, do not modify them.
3. The appliance must be installed in a clean and dry place, with very good ventilation to ensure good
heat exchange. The filter must be cleaned regularly according to the place installed.
4. It is recommended to completely drain the water from the sanitary balloon and clean it at least once
every six months.
5. Regularly check the electrical connections and that the connecting cables are in good condition. If you
have any problems, contact your installer.
6. Check the operation of the safety group valve.
7. If you stop the device for a long time, please empty the sanitary ducts and balloon, then turn off the
power and protect the device. Before returning the device to service, carry out a complete examination
of the system, fill with water, then restart the device.
8. Each device is equipped with an anode to protect the sanitary balloon from corrosion. This anode
degrades quickly, so it must be checked once a year and possibly replaced.
9. In regions where the temperature is less than 0°C, be sure to insulate the sanitary pipes, if necessary
use a heating cord to avoid freezing the pipes.
10. When the device is out of order and the user can't solve the problem, contact the professional or
their technicians.
