It is designed exclusively for cooking, not
for storing food. Food that is stored in the
cookware for a longer period may affect the
surface of the cookware and take on the
taste of metal.
Use the cookware on a hob of the same or
smaller diameter to save energy.
Bear in mind that the handles get hot when
the cookware is in use. Always use pot hold-
ers when moving the cookware and lifting
the lid.
Always lift the cookware when moving it
on a glass ceramic hob to avoid the risk of
scratching the hob.
Never let the cookware boil dry, because the
base becomes skew when overheated.
