Electrical connections to the heater core
After assembling the heater core to the
device the connections must be carefully
cleansed of any remains of insulation
material.
The heater core should be wired up accor-
ding to the circuit diagram (see fig. 16).
Assembling the storage heater
Clean the fan, fan case (10, fig. 14) and
compartment, assemble the fan case and
attach. Fit the front insulation plate with
screening plate to the floor insulation plate
and to the same extent press onto the
complete heater surface, at the same time
raising the cover insulation plate (11)
somewhat (fig. 15). When doing so, make
sure that the upper edging of the front
screening plate locates under the upper
screening plate.
Twist the right-hand side wall on to the
side of the compartment side over the
selector knob. Allow to locate on the
lower arrestment and screw tight (fig. 12).
Suspend the front wall (3) with its
insulation plate attached (Microtherm)
above in the cover, swing inwards and
attach with the screws.
Locate the air outlet grid over the keyholes
on to the guide bolts, align and attach with
screw (6).
Attach the air intake grid with its fitted fluff
filter. To do so, place the grid in the guide
members, press home, push to the left and
allow to locate on the arrestment (screws)
(fig. 12).
Do not overtighten the attech-
ment screws on the air intake grid
(7, fig. 12).
The air intake grid should be removable
without tools for removal of the fluff
filter.
2.3 Electrical Connection
2.3.1 Installation
All electrical connections and installation
work must be carried out in accordance
with VDE [Association of German Electro-
technicians] regulations (0100) and the
regulations of the responsible electricity
supply company, or the statutory
regulations applicable to the country in
wich they are being installed.
The appliance must be separable from the
mains with an appropriate multipole device
with an air break of at least 3 mm.
To this end a protective device, line switch,
fuses, etc can be installed. A connection
with NYM is possible. The number of leads
and their strands and gauge are dependent
on the connection rating of the storage
heater and the type of mains connection,
and also on particular electricity supply
company regulations. To this end please
observe relevant circuit diagrams.

Raccordement électrique des éléments
chauffants
Après avoir monté les éléments chauffants
dans l'appareil, éliminer soigneusement
tous les résidus de matières isolantes : les
connexions électriques des éléments
chauffants doivent être parfaitement pro-
pres.
Leur câblage est à réaliser conformément
aux schémas électriques (voir figure 16).
Fermeture du radiateur à accumulation
Nettoyer soigneusement la turbine, le
caisson de ventilation ainsi que tout le
compartiment du caisson. Remonter le
caisson de ventilation (10, fig. 14) et le fixer.
Poser la plaque d'isolation avant avec la
tôle de protection sur le socle isolant et
l'appuyer uniformément sur toute sa
surface tout en soulevant légèrement
l'isolation du haut (rep. 11 - fig 15)
effet, veiller à ce que l'arête supérieure de
la tôle de protection soit glissée sous la
tôle de protection du haut.
Faire pivoter le panneau latéral droit par
dessus le bouton de réglage de la charge,
et le fixer en partie inférieure (figure 12).
Accrocher le panneau frontal (3), avec
l'isolation (Microtherm), sous la tôle du
dessus, le faire basculer vers l'intérieur et le
fixer avec les vis.
Introduire la grille de sortie d'air par les
trous oblongs dans les axes de guidage, la
positionner et la fixer avec la vis (6). Fixer
la grille d'entrée d'air avec son filtre à
peluches Pour ce faire, engager la grille
dans les profilés de guidage, la plaquer en
appuyant, la faire glisser vers la gauche et
jusqu'en butée de vis (voir figure 12).
Ne pas resserrer les vis de la grille
d'entrée d'air (repère 7, figure 12).
La grille d'entrée d'air doit pouvoir se
démonter sans outillage pour le
nettoyage du filtre à peluches.
2.3 Raccordement eléctrique
2.3.1 Installation
Tous les travaux de raccordement et
d'installation électrique doivent être
exécutés conformément aux prescriptions
et normes en vigueur.
L'appareil doit en outre pouvoir être coupé
du réseau par un dispositif de coupure
omnipolaire ayant une distance d'ouverture
des contacts d'au moins 3 mm.
Des contacteurs, interrupteurs, disjoncteurs,
coupe-circuit à fusibles, etc. peuvent être
utilisés à cet effet. Le nombre de câbles
d'alimentation et de conducteurs, ainsi que
leurs sections, sont fonction de la puissance
raccordée du radiateur, du type de
raccordement au réseau ainsi que des
prescriptions du distributeur d'énergie.
Tenir compte des schémas électriques
correspondants.

Electrische aansluitingen verwarmings-
lichaam
Na de inbouw van de verwarmingslichamen
in het apparaat, moeten de aansluitingen
van het verwarmingslichaam zorgvuldig van
isolatieresten worden gereinigd.
De bedrading van de verwarmingslichamen
moet volgens de schakelplannen worden
uitgevoerd (zie afb. 16).
Warmteaccumulator sluiten
Ventilator, ventilatorschuif alsmede schuif-
ruimte reinigen. Ventilatorschuif (10, afb. 14)
inbouwen en bevestigen. De voorste
isolatieplaat met de afschermplaat op de
vloer-warmteisolatie plaatsen en gelijkmatig
over de gehele accumulatieoppervlakte
aandrukken, daarbij de dekselisolatieplaat
(11) iets opheffen (afb. 15). Hierbij moet
erop gelet worden, dat de bovenste kant
van de voorste afschermplaat onder de

bovenste afschermplaat grijpt. De rechte
zijwand op de kant van de schakelruimte
over de keuzeknop inzwaaien, in de onderst
grendeling laten insnappen en aanschroeven
(afb. 12). De voorwand (3) met de binnen
gefixeerde warmteisolatieplaat
(Microtherm) boven in het deksel inhangen,
naar binnen zwaaien en met de schroeven
bevestigen. Het luchtuitgangsrooster via de
schotelgaten in de geleidings-bouten
plaatsen, richten em met de schroef (6)
bevestigen. Het luchtingangsrooster met het
erin voorhanden draadrestjeszeef
bevestigen; hiervoor het rooster in de
geleidingskammen plaatsen, aandrukken, naar
links schuiven en in de grendeling
(schroeven) laten insnappen (afb.12).
De schroeven aan het lucht-
ingangsrooster (7, afb.12) niet
weer vast aantrekken!
Het luchtingangsrooster moet voor de
reiniging van het draadrestjeszeef zonder
gereedschap kunnen worden uitgebouwd.
2.3 Electrische aansluiting
2.3.1 Installatie
Alle electrische aansluitings- en installatie-
werken moeten volgens de VDE-
bepalingen (0100) en de voorschriften van
het bevoegd electriciteitsbedrijf worden
uitgevoerd.
Het toestel moet bovendien via een
bijkomende inrichting, met een afstand van
tenminste 3 mm all-polig, van het net
kunnen gescheiden worden.
Hiervoor kunnen contactgevers, LS-schake-
laars, veiligheden enz. worden geïnstalleerd.
De aansluiting met NYM is mogelijk. Het
aantal van de toevoerleidingen en leidings-
aders alsmede de leidingssekties zijn
afhankelijk van de aansluitwaarde van de
warmteaccumulator en de wijze van de
netaansluiting alsook van de bijzondere
voorschriften van het electriciteitsbedrijf.
Hiervoor op de desbetreffende schakel-
plannen letten.
