Opening the storage heater
Remove the air outlet grid (5). First slacken
the right-hand fixing screw (6). By displacing
the grid to the left it can be removed by
means of the attachment point holes.
Remove the air intake grid (4). To do so,
slacken the attechment screws (7 left and
right) one complete turn. Force the grid to
the right and swing out down-wards.
Remove the attachment screws on the
bottom of the front wall (3), twist and re-
move the front wall forwards together
with the insulation plate stuck to it
(Microtherm).
Carefully remove the now visible
Microtherm plate with the protective plate
attached to it. Remove accessories and
cardboard inserts from the inner compart-
ment.
Remove the right-hand side wall (1). To do
so, remove the attachment screw (2) below
and remove the side wall.
Pass connection leads into the heater
(fig. 9).
Locate the storage heater in its final
position.
Secure the device as shown in 2.2.3 against
tipping.
Assembling the heater element and core
The feed-through holes in the insulation
plates on the switch box side and the
partition must match up. If not, correction
will have to be carried out. Insert the
heater element (from a separate kit, see
Table 2, Page 2) into these holes and pass
through right up to the locating disc
(fig. 13).
To insert the bricks (fig. 14) the assembled
heater core (9) must be raised somewhat.
Place the first brick (8) with the heater
core pan upwards at some distance from
the right-hand insulation plate under the
core and push up to the right-hand insula-
tion plate and the rear insulator plate.
Locate the other bricks in a similar manner.
The bricks should be placed without being
offset, as the slotted holes in the bricks in
the floor insulation plates are absolutely
open, as the slotted holes in the bricks and
the floor insulation plate form the heating
channel.
Do not widen the passage holes in the
side insulation through sideways
movement of the heater core members.

Desserrer la vis de fixation côté droit (6)
Enlever ensuite la grille de sortie d'air (5)
Faire coulisser la grille vers la gauche de
manière à pouvoir la retirer par les trous
oblongs des points de fixation.
Enlever la grille d'entrée d'air (4)
à cet effet d'un tour complet les vis de
fixation (7, gauche et droite). Pousser la
grille vers la droite et l'extraire en la faisant
basculer vers le bas.
Dévisser les vis de fixation en bas du
panneau frontal (3), faire basculer ce
dernier avec son isolation (Microtherm)
vers l'avant, et l'enlever.
Retirer avec précaution la plaque Micro-
therm, solidaire de la tôle de protection.
Retirer les accessoires et les supports en
carton de l'intérieur de l'appareil. Cette
partie doit être absolument propre et
exempte de tout résidu de carton ou autre
corps étranger.
Démonter le panneau d'habillage côté
droit (1). Dévisser à cet effet la vis de
fixation (2) du bas.
Introduire les câbles d'alimentation dans le
radiateur (figure 9).
Placer ensuite l'appareil à son emplacement
définitif et le fixer conformément aux
instructions du paragraphe 2.2.3.
Montage des éléments chauffants et des
briques réfractaires
Les perçages pratiqués dans les plaques
isolantes côté compartiment électrique et
les trous du panneau intermédiaire doivent
être parfaitement alignés. Si ce n'est pas le
cas, il convient de rectifier leur position.
Introduire les éléments chauffants du kit
livré séparément (voir tableau 2, page 2)
dans ces trous jusqu'à la rondelle de butée
(figure 13).
Pour la mise en place des briques (fig. 14)
réfractaires, soulever légèrement les
éléments chauffants (9). Poser la première
brique réfractaire (8) avec les évidements
situés vers le haut sous l'élément chauffant
à une certaine distance de la plaque
isolante de droite, et la faire glisser ensuite
contre les plaques isolantes à droite et à
l'arrière. Installer de la même façon les
autres briques réfractaires. Ces dernières
sont à placer sans déport, de façon que les
trous oblongs du socle isolant et ceux des
briques se superposent pour former les
canaux de circulation d'air.
Eviter de trop manipuler les éléments
chauffants, le mouvement latéral risquant
d'agrandir inutilement les perçages de
l'isolation latérale.

omdraaiing losdraaien. Het rooster naar
rechts drukken en naar beneden eruit
zwaaien. Bevestigingsschroeven beneden
aan de voorwand (3) uitdraaien, de voor-
wand met de binnen vastgekleefde
warmteisolatieplaat (Microtherm) naar
voren zwaaien en eruit halen.
De nu zichtbare Microtherm-plaat met de
daaraan bevestigde afschermplaat
voorzichtig eruit nemen.
Toebehoren, kartonnen inlegsels uit de
binnenruimte nemen. Deze moet volledig
vrij van vreemde lichamen zijn. Ev. voor-
handen verpakkingsresten en dergelijk
verwijderen. De rechte zijwand (1)
verwijderen. Hiervoor de bevestigings-
schroef (2) beneden eruit draaien, en de
zijwand afnemen.

invoeren. (afb. 9).
De warmteaccumulator op zijn definitieve
opstelplaats plaatsen.
Toestel volgens 2.2.3 tegen omkantelen
beveiligen.
Montage accumulatiekern en
verwarmingslichaam
De doorgangsgaten in de warmteisolatie-
platen (langs de kant van schakelruimte) en
de tussenwand moeten tot elkaar op een
vluchtlijn liggen. Indien niet, moet er een
correctie worden uitgevoerd. De
verwarmingslichamen uit een afzonderlijke
bouwset(zie tab. 2, blz. 2) in deze gaten
invoeren en tot de aanslagschijf door-
steken (afb. 13).
Voor het inzetten van de kernstenen
,
(afb. 14) moeten de gemonteerde
verwarmingslichamen (9) iets worden op-
geheven. De eerste kernsteen (8) met de
inzinking van het verwarmingslichaam naar
boven op een afstand van de rechte
warmteisolatieplaat onder het
verwarmingslichaam leggen en aan de
rechte warmteisolatieplaat alsmede de
achterste warmteisolatie schuiven. De
andere kernstenen evenzo plaatsen. De
kernstenen moeten zonder vulling zodanig
worden geplaatst, dat de lange gaten in de
vloer-warmteisolatieplaten geheel open
zijn, omdat de lange gaten in de kernstenen
en de vloer-warmteisolatieplaten de
verwarmingskanalen vormen.
De doorgangsgaten in de zijdelingse
warmteisolatie niet door zijdelingse
beweging van de stelen van het ver-
warmingslichaam wijder maken.
