Maintenance
Multiple hazards. Only qualified personnel must conduct the tasks described in this section of the
document.
Do not disassemble the instrument for maintenance. If the internal components must be cleaned or repaired,
contact the manufacturer.
Clean the incubator
Keep the incubator and accessories clean. Clean any spills immediately.
1. Clean the exterior of the incubator with a moist cloth and a mild soap solution. Dry the instrument
with a clean cloth.
2. Clean the interior of the incubator with a moist cloth and mild soap solution. Rinse with clean
water and dry with a clean cloth.
3. If there is corrosion in the interior of the incubator, use a mild abrasive to remove the corrosion.
Do NOT use steel wool. Corrosion must be removed to prevent damage to the instrument.
Replace the fuse in the battery pack
Fire hazard. Use the same type and current rating to replace fuses.
