Die Kalibrierung des CatEx-Sensors ist abgeschlossen.
Für den PID-Sensor kann sowohl eine Empfindlichkeitskalibrierung
mit dem ausgewählten Messgas als auch eine Ersatzkalibrierung mit
Isobuten durchgeführt werden. Bei einer Isobuten-Kalibrierung wer-
den alle im Datenspeicher befindlichen Gase mitkalibriert. Bei einer
Kalibrierung mit dem ausgewählten Messgas wird nur das betref-
fende Gas kalibriert.
Wird bei der Kalibrierung des PID-Sensors eine Empfindlichkeit
unterhalb der Warnschwelle gemessen, gibt das Gerät eine Warn-
meldung aus. Abhilfe kann dann durch Reinigen der Lampe des PID-
Sensors geleistet werden. Tritt trotz wiederholter Reinigung keine
Verbesserung der Empfindlichkeit ein, ist die Lampe auszutauschen
(Anleitung zur Lampenreinigung und –wechsel: siehe Sensor-Daten-
blatt).
Für die IR-, EC- und PID-Sensoren erfolgt die Empfindlichkeits-Kali-
brierung in einem Schritt. Das Kalibriergas, die Kalibriergaskonzen-
tration und die Einheit werden analog dem CAT-Sensor durchgeführt.

Calibration of the CatEx sensor is now complete.
The PID sensor can undergo a sensitivity calibration with the selected
measured gas or a cross-calibration with isobutene. In the case of an
isobutene calibration, all gases that are entered in the data base are
also included in the calibration. In the case of a calibration with the
selected measured gas, only the gas in question is calibrated.
If, during the calibration of the PID sensor, a sensitivity is measured
that falls short of the warning setpoint, the device outputs a warning
message. This can be rectified by cleaning the lamp of the PID
sensor. If the sensitivity does not improve although the lamp has been
cleaned repeatedly, it must be replaced (instructions for lamp
cleaning procedure and replacement: see sensor data sheet).
For the IR, EC and PID sensors, calibration of the sensitivity is
executed in a single step. The calibration gas, calibration-gas
concentration and the unit are set in the same manner as for the CAT
sensor.
