• Check the covers and protective
devices for damage and correct fit. Re-
place these if necessary.
Change the cutter
Tools required
• Two-hole key (17)
• Phillips screwdriver (not included)
Procedure (Fig. C/D/F)
Switch off the tool and unplug the mains
plug. Allow the tool to cool down.
1. Loosen the screws (23) of the mainten-
ance cover (24) with a Phillips screw-
driver and remove the maintenance
cover (24).
2. Place the two-hole key (17) on the
clamping flange (25).
3. Press and hold the spindle lock (1).
Turn the two-hole key clockwise ⭮ .
After about half a turn, the spindle lock
engages and the clamping flange (25)
can be released ⭯ .
4. Remove the router blade (26) from
the mounting flange (27) and pull the
router blade (26) out of the base plate
(9).
