Remedy
» Reseat cone or resurface p.e. by welding and
re-machining.
» Renew (rework) seat resurface by welding and
re-mechaning.
» Check plunger and plunger guides; remove
high spots using fine emery cloth. Check O-
rings and guide straps and renew, if necessary.
» Check valve cone and cone guide for damage
and renew, if necessary.
» Check initial setting. When adjusting the
setting, please make sure that D2 is opened
more than D1.
» Clean all components.
» Blow-through block using compressed air.
Renew seals, if necessary.
Remedy

Restrictor block dirty
Main cone jammed:
» Clean all components
» Check plunger and plunger guides;
remove high spots using fine emery cloth;
check O-rings and guide straps and renew, if
necessary.
» Open restrictor block bleed screw and bleed
block.
» Close D2 and D3 until the valve is stable.

» Tighten glands.
Lock Allen screws using Allen key to prevent
setting being altered. Tighten or renew seal, if
necessary.
