Transporting
4.8.1
Push Sweeper
WARNING
■ The push sweeper can tip over or move while
being transported. Persons may be injured or
property may be damaged.
► Set the rocker switch to position 0.
► Remove the battery.
► Secure the push sweeper with lashing
straps, belts, or a net so that it cannot tip
over or move.
■ The handle on the container serves to remove
and carry the container. It is not suitable for
carrying the push sweeper. When carrying the
push sweeper by the handle of the container,
the container may become unintentionally
detached and cause damage to property.

Battery
WARNING
■ The battery is not protected against all ambi‐
ent conditions. The battery may be damaged if
it is exposed to certain ambient conditions,
and damage to property may occur.
► Never transport a damaged battery.
■ The battery may turn over or shift during trans‐
port. This may result in injury to people and
damage to property.
► Pack the battery in packaging in such a way
that it cannot move.
► Secure the packaging so that it cannot
move.

Storing
4.9.1
Push Sweeper
WARNING
■ Children are not aware of and cannot assess
the dangers of the push sweeper. Children
may be seriously injured.
► Set the rocker switch to position 0.
► Remove the battery.
► Store the push sweeper out of the reach of
children.
■ Moisture may cause the electrical contacts on
the push sweeper and metal components to
corrode. The push sweeper may be damaged.
► Set the rocker switch to position 0.
► Remove the battery.
► Store the push sweeper in a clean and dry
condition.
■ The push handle may fold down unintention‐
ally, and parts of your body may become
caught between the push handle and the
housing. This can result in personal injuries.
► Do not reach within the swivel range of the
push handle.
■ Bent or kinked bristles can become perma‐
nently deformed.
► Store the push sweeper so that the bristles
of the circular brushes are not kinked or
bent.
