e.g. IDC, since these allow simple assembly and termination.
– If the Fieldgate SFG500 is the first or last device on the bus, the terminator on
the plug must be enabled.
– General information on the length, design, shielding and grounding of
PROFIBUS DP segments can be taken from the PROFIBUS Installation
Guidelines, BA034S/04/en.
