1. Lock the handlebar （14L/R) on the rotation axis of front post with bolt(10)， spring
washer(11) , washer(20),wave washer(22).
2. Insert the handlebar（14L/R）into swing rod （27L/R）and then lock it tightly with
bolt (24), arc washer (25).
3. Lock the pedal（43L/R） on the pedal arm （44）with bolt (42), knob(52).
