Smontaggio
- Pulire accuratamente tutto il motore specialmente la zona del cilindro e la testata, usando
appropriati detergenti, ed asciugare il tutto accuratamente.
- Togliere le tre viti indicate dalle frecce, Fig. 2 part. 1, e smontare la pompa dell'acqua, Fig. 1 part.
7, che é montata sulla testa.
- Portare il motore nella posizione di punto morto superiore nella fase di compressione. Posizione
evidenziata dalla posizione dei riferimenti presenti sulla puleggia dell'albero a camme, Fig. 3 part.
2, allineato al part. 3, e dalla posizione del riferimento presente sul volano, Fig. 4, allineare
l'indicazione fra i riferimenti T ed H con la freccia, part. 5, ricavata sul coperchio in plastica del
volano.
Disassembling
- Carefully clean the entire engine, especially the cylinder area and the cylinder head, using an
appropriate detergent and dry everything carefully.
- Remove the three screws indicated by the arrows, Fig. 2 point 1, and disassemble the water
pump which is fixed on the head, Fig. 1 point 7.
- Bring the engine to top dead centre in the compression stroke. The right position is shown by the
reference mark found on the pulley of the camshaft, Fig. 3 point 2, lined up with point 3, and by
the position of the reference mark found on the flywheel, Fig. 4, line up the indication between T
and H references with the arrow, point 5, drawn on the plastic cover of the flywheel. The right
position is shown by the reference marks.
Ausbau
- Den gesamten Motor und besonders die Unterseite des Zylinders und den Kopf mit
entsprechenden Reinigungsmitteln gründlich säubern und gut abtrocknen.
- Entfernen Sie die drei Schrauben wie durch die Pfeile angezeigt, Fig. 2 Punkt 1, und demontieren
Sie die Wasserpumpe die auf dem Zylinderkopf montiert ist, Fig. 1 Punkt 7.
- Bringen Sie den Kolben auf den oberen Totpunkt im Verdichtungstakt. Die korrekte Position ist
auf dem Antriebsrad der Nockenwelle markiert, Fig. 3 Punkt 2, übereinstimmend mit Punkt 3, und
der Position der Markierung auf dem Schwungrad, Fig.4 übereinstimmend mit der Anzeige
zwischen T und H Markierungen mit dem Pfeil, Punkt 5, eingezeichnet auf dem Plastikdeckel des
Schwungrades. Die richtige Position wird durch die Markierung angezeigt.
