- Montare la catena di distribuzione sulla corona dentata ed inserirla sull'albero a camme allineando la linea di riferimento Fig. 3 part. 2 con il
riferimento Fig. 3 part. 3.

- Mettere in tensione manualmente la catena di di distribuzione agendo dal foro di montaggio del tendicatena e controllare che la corona dentata

sia allineata al riferimento sulla testata, eventualmente spostare la catena di distribuzione di un dente in più o in meno sulla corona dentata.

- Fare attenzione e controllare spesso che durante la messa in fase dell'albero a camme non si muova l'albero motore dalla posizione indicata dai
O
due riferimenti allineati di Fig. 4.
- Montare il tendicatena originale e serrare il dado centrale dello stesso, comprimendo la molla che regola la tensione della catena di distribuzione.
- Insert in its seat the new Malossi camshaft fixing it with the bearing stop plate.

- Bring the crankshaft to the top dead centre lining up the reference mark visible on the flywheel with the reference mark visible on the plastic

- Fit the gearing chain on the crown gear and insert it on the camshaft, aligning the reference line Fig.3 point 2 with the reference Fig.3 point 3.

- Tension the gearing chain manually from the gearing chain assembly opening and check to ensure that the crown gear is aligned with the

reference on the head. If necessary, shift the gearing chain by one tooth more or one less on the crown gear.

- Be careful to check often to ensure that the crankshaft is not moving during the timing of the camshaft from the position indicated by the two
H
reference marks aligned as shown in Fig. 4.
- Fit the original gearing chain and tighten the central nut on it, compressing the spring that regulates the gearing chain tension.
- Turn in the central M8 screw on the camshaft, in order to block the crown gear in its seat. Close the central M8 bolt applying the tightening
- Schmieren Sie die Nockenwelle mit Motoröl.

- Montieren Sie die neue Malossi Nockenwelle mit dem Lager-Sicherungsblech.

- Drehen Sie die Kurbelwelle auf den Oberen Totpunkt, übereinstimmend mit der Markierung sichtbar auf dem Schwungrad wie auf dem

Plastikdeckel, Fig. 4 Punkt 5.

- Legen Sie die Steuerkette auf das Ritzel und setzen Sie dieses auf die Nockenwelle, die Markierungen Fig.3 Punkt 2 und Fig.3 Punkt 3 müssen

übereinstimmen.
C
- Spannen Sie händisch die Steuerkette durch die Steuerkettenmontageöffnung und überprüfen Sie, dass der Zahnkranz mit der Markierung auf
H
dem Zylinderkopf ausgerichtet ist. Wenn nötig, verschieben Sie die Steuerkette am Zahnkranz um einen Zahn vor oder zurück.
- Vorsichtig vorgehen und mehrmals überprüfen, dass während der Phaseneinstellung der Nockenwelle sich die Kurbelwelle nicht von der Position
der zwei entsprechend Fig. 4 ausgerichteten Bezugszeichen verschiebt.
