6. TROUBLE SHOOTING
MALFUNCTION
The appliance does not work at all.
Programmes are not started.
Faulty heating.

Water leakage.
Overflow at the bottom of the appliance
Indicators/display do not work.
Some detergent left in the container.
Unsatisfactory washing results.
MEASURE
Check the corresponding socket by
connecting it with another appliance.
Check the fuse box.
Compare the data on the model
plate with the data of your energy
supplier.
Close the door.
Check the water supply.
Check your settings.
The appliance can wash but not
heat. Contact your aftersales service
immediately.
Check the hoses.
Clean the outlet hose.
Check the drain pump.
Check inlet hose
Check outlet hose.
Check the energy supply; otherwise
contact your aftersales service.
Clean the container. Use liquid
detergents. Use detergents suitable
for washers.
Select a suitable programme.
Choose the proper amount of
detergent ( look at the information
on the packaging of your detergent).
