all the information required by users and operators for safe and proper use.
These instructions for use are intended for physicians, medical assistants, medical
engineers and employees of central sterile supply who are entrusted with the in-
stallation, operation, maintenance, and reprocessing of the device.
These instructions for use must be stored in a defined location so that they may
be accessed at all times by the target group.
In the event of the sale of this device or its relocation, this document must be
handed over to the new owner.
Be sure to observe the instructions for use of the controller (95-3960, 95-3970,
95-3981, ELEVCCU, ELEVCCUVR) in regards to the use and configuration
options of the camera head buttons.
