For correctly assembly of the the Standard press se-
als HSD100 SSG or HSD150 SSG, HSD200 SSG, HSD250
SSG and HS300 SSG you will need the following tools and
aids in addition to the usual tools:
Assembly set for HSI150 DG/HRK SSG (Article no.:
2102200600), consisting of:
Art. Nr.: 5090032038 Rev.: 08/2023-05-12

Torque spanner 4-20 Nm, 1/4 inch
1
Extension 100 mm, 1/4 inch

Extensions 150 mm, 1/4 inch

Adapter for cordless screwdriver, square, 1/4 inch

M6 socket, wrench size 5, 1/4 inch with spherical
head
1
M8 socket, wrench size 6, 1/4 inch with spherical
head

Description: HSD200 SSG 1x110/125/135/160 b40 (see
fig.: 1).

Built-in inspection opening
The press segments of the HSD100 SSG are not
offset! This does not affect the sealing perfor-
mance.
5 Preparing for assembly

Clean the core drilling/liner and media line.

Level out any chips and/or voids which may be
present.
3
Check the diameter tolerance of the core drilling/li-
ner(D +2/-1 mm) and media line (d) (see table 1) as
well as outer or drilling dimension of the press seal
(see fig.: 2).
The wall sleeve must be dimensionally accurate,
smooth and inherently stable.
