CHAPTER 18 – TROUBLESHOOTING
Two basic faults can effect AKS 70|VDM 62: the machine raises dust during use, or leaves dirt on the floor; causes could be many but if the
machine is carefully operated and routine maintenance is properly carried out, such faults will not occur.
FAULT
The machine raises dust
The machine leaves dirt on the floor
The diesel engine doesn't start
CHAPTER 19 - WARRANTY
This machine is guaranteed against defects in workmanship or installation for 12 months from the date of sale.
The warranty covers exclusively the replacement or repair parts that are defective. Any other request will not be accepted.
This does not include damage caused by normal wear, use different from that reported on this manual, damage caused by wrong settings,
technical operations not carried out properly, act of vandalism.
CAUSE
Suction lever is in OFF position (pulled out)
Filters blocked
Filters damaged
Filters badly fitted
Side seals damaged
The central brush is not well set or is worn
Wires, strings etc. have been picked up
Side seals damaged
Waste container full
Check the state of the ignition battery.

REMEDY
Turn to ON position (pushed in)
Clean them by "shaking" them using the
provided tools and if necessary take them
off and clean thoroughly
Replace
Fit with the seal provided and make sure
they are well inserted and uniformly well-
secured
Replace
Ad just the central brush and check the
"track"
Remove them
Replace
Empty
Charge and/or replace it.
