Appliance description
Grill
The grill heater (upper inner heating element) is in operation
and switches on and off to maintain the temperature generated.
The temperature can be set in the range 60 - 250 °C.
The standard temperature is 250 °C.
Probe can be enabled
Rotisserie can be enabled (max. 1000g)
Full width grill
The two upper radiators are in operation.
This is suitable for grilling flat pieces of meat, steaks, sausages,
fish, scampi, toast bread, etc.
The temperature can be adjusted between 60-250°C.
The standard temperature is 250°C.
Probe can be enabled
Rotisserie can be enabled (max. 1000g)
Grilling/ roasting system
The two upper radiators and the fan are in operation.
This is particularly suitable for grilling and roasting larger pieces
of meat, as well as for gratinating and gratinating.
The temperature can be adjusted in the range of 60 – 250°C.
The standard temperature is 165 °C.
In most cases the most favourable temperature for this type of
heating is 180 °C.

operation. This is ideal for recipes with moist toppings and cris-
py dough, such as pizza, quiche, fruit and cheese cakes. For this
heating function the oven should be preheated.
The temperature can be set between 60 and 250°C.
The standard temperature is 165°C.
Recommended temperature: 190 °C.
