There are 6 possible configurations:
Speed 1: 500 rpm with stops

Speed 2: 500 rpm

 Speed 3: 700 rpm
 Speed 4: 1100 rpm
 Speed 5: 1200 rpm
Speed 6: 1440 rpm


2.11 Humidify

Humidification selector. While the oven is cooking, pressing this button sprays water into
the chamber. The surface of the food is humidified, creating a golden, crispy crust on the
food.
During recipe creation, it is possible to define the degree of humidification at each phase. Press the
selector and turn the knob to select the degree of humidification. To confirm, press the humidify
button again or press the knob.
There are 6 grades of humidification:
Grade 0: Humidification not activated.

 Grade 1: 3 cycles of 2'' humidification and 2'' without humidification.
Grade 2: 3 cycles of 3'' humidification and 2'' without humidification

 Grade 3: 3 cycles of 4'' humidification and 3'' without humidification
Grade 4: 3 cycles of 5'' humidification and 3'' without humidification

Grade 5: 3 cycles of 6'' humidification and 4'' without humidification

If the chamber temperature is higher than 270°C, humidification is not activated.
