Validate each phase by pressing the Recipe/OK button (validating the parameters selected in each
phase) until the recipe is completed with a maximum of 9 phases, then validate by pressing and
holding the Recipe/OK button or the control knob for 3 seconds.
The recipe can include a Pause Phase during which the oven will request that the door is opened
by setting the time to zero (PAUSE).
To delete a phase, press the Wash/Delete button.
Once the recipe is finished, validate by pressing and holding the Recipe/OK button for 3 seconds.
The display will show the saved recipe symbol.
Edit recipes
Select the recipe family and recipe to be modified using the control knob. Edit
the parameters of the phases of the chosen recipe, following the same
system as used to create recipes.
Once the recipe has been changed, press and hold the Recipes/OK button for 3 seconds and the
option to save recipe or create new recipe will appear on screen.
Save: save the modified parameters of the recipe being edited.
Save as: save a new recipe with the modified parameters
(independent from the initial recipe) and give it a new name (it will
ask for the family in which the recipe should be saved).
