Additional functions
Timer
When the countdown timer is running,
all other appliance functions are disa-
bled. The timer can only be used when
no cooking process is running.
1. Press the
"Set timer" button (17).
A beep will sound and the display (1) will
show the
indicator. The

2. Turn the control dial to set the desired
time.

3. Press the
"START/+30sec/confirm"
button (14) to confirm the setting and start
the timer.
The time indicator begins counting down.
When the countdown reaches
will be five beeps and the appliance will
switch off. The display will again show the

To stop the timer prematurely, press

"Pause/Stop" button (19).
A beep will sound. The clock time will reap-
pear on the display, and the appliance will
be fully functional again.
Safety lock (child safety lock)
This functionality lets you prevent accidental
operation of the appliance.
The safety lock can only be used when
no cooking process is running.

To switch on the safety lock, press the
"Pause/Stop" button (19) for 3 seconds.
