Description
The set output time indicates that the servo gun is closed, gun
compensation is activated in the spot and the robot must
activate the gun compensation.
The set output time indicates that the servo gun is opened, gun
compensation is activated in the spot and the robot must
activate the gun compensation.
The set output time indicates that the target force entered in the
welding task has been reached.
The system reports that the servo gun is referenced.
When referencing is triggered, the signal is initially "FALSE" and
is set as soon as the gun has determined its reference point.
Gun target position is approached
Gun actual position is valid
0: The current tip tip position is not known; with internal servo gun
control, a position reset must be performed.
1: The current tip position is known (with internal servo gun control).
This output is not used in this application
 The signal is set when the axis is at the active set position. The
bit can only become TRUE, if the drive is also in control.
(Tolerance setpoint-actual position +/-2mm).
 The target position results from the Weldjob parameter "Opening
position".
 When a welding cycle or motion-related service program is
executed, the parameterized opening position is adopted as the
new position setpoint and approached.
