Description
• Is set when a service program has been terminated without
error. Remains set as long as input "Service program start" is
set.
• If input "Service program start" is no longer set at the end of the
welding cycle, this output is set for the programmed WC
duration [ca. 50ms].

• This output is used to signal that UIR operation (control and
monitoring) is deactivated via the "Switch off UIR mode" fieldbus
input for the following or currently active process.
• The output is set to 0 again when the "Program start" input is set
to 0 again after the welding cycle.
• The system reports that it will execute a cycle with welding
current. The bit is updated continuously - even without new spot
selection (derived from the "External weld on" input and the
parameterization).
• The output is set if at least one monitoring block is active for the
currently selected welding spot.
• This output is set at the same time as the weld error output in
the event of a Q stop error. When resetting the error, this output
is also reset.
• Handshake signal to "Component end" fieldbus input
• Is set after resetting the global actual value counter QSTOP
(component) as long as input "Component end" is set.
• The output is set if UI control is active for the currently selected
welding spot and is not disabled via input

according to the Weldjob parameterization.
