Description
After a rising edge on this input, UIR operation (control and
monitoring) is switched off in the following sequence if this signal is
still present at the start of the welding sequence.
This signal is used to indicate to the controller that the next welding
cycle is to be performed with current if ignition is also activated via
the "Weld/no weld (T)" and "Weld on" parameters.

• On a rising edge at this input, the global actual value counter
QSTOP(component) is reset.
• Handshake signal: Fieldbus output 11 "Acknowledge end of
component".

• is mirrored on fieldbus output byte 1 bit 6: "Life bit from servo
control".

If the bit is set, the SZ is authorized to move the servo gun for a
welding sequence or for a service program. Otherwise the robot
has control over the gun movement.
The specified gun setpoint position is valid and can be used.
If the input is set at the start of welding with servo gun, the gun
compensation is activated during the following welding process.

This input is used to move the active servo gun in the direction of
the opening position at the "teach speed".
The servo gun must be in control mode for this function (drive
shows "AF"). This movement command is also possible without a
referenced gun.

Target position for gun movement (resolution: 0.1mm)
(The amount is output here if the target position for the gun is
negative)
